Dear Ned

Let me start by saying You and Larry are Awesome !!!! First, I find it very hard to believe that there are still people in this world that put there
customers first, The time you and Larry took with me going over the installation process was remarkable, Ned you gave me the confidence,
that I could do this project. And I did with the help of you and Larry. The TW 1000-27 is unbelievable, quiet and holds the pressure at the
setting you want, I have it set at about 65PSI and it works great. Again I can not thank you guys enough for your help and time. ( and the
wife is happy too). Towle-Whitney is a FIVE STAR company by far. I recommend Towle-Whitney to anybody that has low water pressure.
Installation is very easy and if you have any problems, they walk through it with you.

"Actually all is installed as of last weekend. I put everything in my self when I had time and ran the power. Everything went together like a
dream, and runs just as good. It is more quiet then I imagined it would be, and the pressure increase is great.  I tried to run everything at
once and it never thought about changing the flow pressure and the volume stayed strong.  Thanks for a great product."

"Thank you so much to Ned,Maxie and everyone at towle-whitney. what a nice bunch of people. I got my booster pump yesterday, had it
hooked up in a little over an hour. wow talk about pressure. I grow sweet corn and my well pump would only put out 42 psi, now the new one
is putting  out 62 psi, and it is only turned up part way. I have 3 different batches 18 rows each at 30 inch apart spacing.about an acre in all.
The old pump was watering 12 rows and the new one is watering 22 rows. what a difference, won't have to move the sprinkler near as many
times. thanks again."

"Dear Ned,
Let me begin by saying that I really appreciate the follow-up and customer service on the telephone from you and your colleagues which
included the “driving test” for my installation. You are obviously and justifiably proud of your product line. I am glad I discovered your site on
the Internet. The equipment works just the way I envisioned it would; and, I am sure it will meet our requirements for many years to come. I
am glad I did the research before contacting you. There are pumps and there are pumps. The TW pump and controller are rugged, efficient
and relatively quiet. The fact that it is a commercial pump operating at 1 ½ HP and uses 220V current is a real plus. As you know, there is no
plastic component on this pump. It is solid as a rock. The instruction books, especially the material you provided about installation and set-
up complete with pictures of typical installations, are simple and easily understood. This is definitely a project where a handy homeowner
can easily take on the job himself. By reading the instruction manuals in addition to your instruction sheets, you can get some insight into
how this works before you start. Of particular importance is the information in the controller book about troubleshooting and panel lights.

Here in Eastern North Carolina we suffer from low water pressure in a lot of communities. Even though we are in a development with cable
TV, electricity and city water, we are at the end of the line for city water. The town of Oriental (population 875) recently added a second water
tower and that has stabilized the pressure somewhat; but, even on a good day we get 50 PSI to the house. With a large two story house
plumbed for four bathrooms, we have a lot of piping runs. With the friction loss we get less than optimum pressure in the places you need it
the most – bathrooms. You recommended  (27 GPM and 80 PSI working pressure) kit as the best solution for our situation. It appears more
than adequate for the job".

"Thanks Ned and crew. What a pleasure to do business with folks that know what they sell and not just some kid on a sales desk
somewhere.I believe that now, my wife won't be bitching as much...about water for sure.I was lucky to have found you than the others that
are out there. I have always believed in quality, that way you only have to pay for the product one time. Please feel free to use me as a
reference or as a testimonial, either written or verbal. Again, Thanks."

I will recommend this system to anyone that is looking for a way to increase their water
pressure in their home or what ever it may be. It seems nice to be able to run multiple things like the washing machine, dish washer and be
able to take a shower at the same time and not worry about loosing pressure, or even better, to be able to run 2 showers at the same time.
Again, thank you very much for helping me and selling me the right system for my home. Better yet, it seemed nice to work with someone
that was truly interested and concern that he was selling the right equipment to a customer that would truly fit their needs".
"I would be more than willing to talk to anyone that is interested in your systems similar to mine".

"That puppy throws off water volume and pressure that shocked both my plumber and electrician. hit a 60 PSI today and the two showers
can run with vigor and still handle a toilet flush without a hitch".

Homeowner - New Jersey
"…A friend of mine...had seen one of your pump systems and suggested I search the web for your product. Glad I did. Our reputation as
problem solvers is still intact. Our plumber installed your pump ...and our customer is a happy guy (and his wife is even happier)..."

"Greetings Ned,
Thank you so much for replying! The homeowner would like to at least boost the pressure on the hot water side..the whole house (newer
house) is plumbed in 1/2 Qest piping , city water pressure is about 40 psi, I believe the flow rate for the unit is approx 1.8 gpm. Locally, they
have the whole house boosters available (about $350.00), kinda overkill just to increase pressure for shower unit, thats all homeowner is
concened about, he just wants to be able to use the 3 devices on unit at same time..I am thinking this will become more of an issue for
homeowners around the country as more of the fancy shower units come online, odd thing is shower pumps are widely available in the
United Kingdom, they exist!!! I have considered installing an off shelf booster pump (they usually have pre-set pressure though) with a gate
valve to step-down pressure (if needed) and they rarely have a flow sensor to turn unit on in first place.

Again (and you can copy and post this) Thank you for replying to my e-mail. It is refreshing to find a company that actually listens and I will
gladly refer your services to my customers."
