Your TW pump should ship within 1 week after ordering via Fed Ex ground. If delays occur, you will be contacted. If you
provide us with your email address during check out we will email you the tracking number as soon as it enters the Fed Ex
system.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Order may be cancelled any time prior to shipment, with a full refund. If pump has shipped, it may be returned (after
obtaining Return Goods Authorization) for a full refund. If pump is not satisfactory within 30 days, pump may be returned for
